Here’s a sketch progression of Fortune’s (from Fame & Fortune) costume design including some references that were used as inspiration for the two final versions of the look.
Che Williams & Orion Vang No Longer with Cartwheel Group 3 Comics
StandardArtists Che Willams and Orion Vang have both decided to pursue other opportunities. So, neither artist will be continuing work on any Cartwheel Group 3 Comics. We wish them luck on their future endeavors.
Williams was assigned to the story of Trinity featuring characters Reckless Abandon, Mongrel, and Soul Weaver. Thanks to him for at least completing the character design for Reckless Abandon. That leaves the character designs for Mongrel and Soul Weaver to be completed.
Vang was assigned to Fame & Fortune and got through some sketches of one of the supporting cast members, Juan Perez. His sketches will at least provide a springboard for a future artist to bounce off of.
Replacement artists for these stories have not been secured at this time, but because of our one-stand-alone-story-a-month model, we are always open to new artists who may be interested in working on a Cartwheel Group 3 Comics project. So, Cartwheel Group 3 Comics has been rolling it out this week to our main site and all our social networks and keeping you posted while we’ve been doing it! At the beginning of the week, we unveiled the new look with use of the new logo, here, at the main site. The next day, we showcased how we utilized portions of the logo for the banner and the profile picture at our Facebook Page. Yesterday, we shared how we implemented our logo at our Twitter Account @cartwheelgroup3. Today, check out our tumblr. blog’s new look.
