Organizational Update: Hiatus
StandardJULY 17, 2014 ORGANIZATIONAL UPDATE: Unfortunately, I have not found any artists to work with that have stayed on through the completion of a project. No artists are currently signed on. Though I’m always on the search for new aspiring up-and-coming artists to work with, I am taking a hiatus. I recently relocated to the Boston Area for the summer with the intention of finding a day job to make my stay permanent. I am focusing on that and once I am a little more settled, I will return to trying to make Cartwheel Group 3 Comics successful full force. Any interested artists can still contact me via email to cartwheelgroup3@gmail.com.

More on Polka Dots & Plaid…
ImageRemember this tease? Here’s a little more on this concept. It’s called Polka Dots & Plaid, which refers to the two main characters. It draws on What Not To Wear, the idea of being reprogrammed, black holes, and alternate lives.
Soul Weaver Sketch Color
ImageMongrel Suit Sketch Color
ImageThis is a sketch (character design) of suit [the colors may change] to be worn by Mongrel. He’s a shape-shifting laboratory-made “monster” character (who maybe used to be a man or maybe not) that may be featured in a forthcoming story. He had a head and tentacles, but his color and tentacles started reminding me a little too much of Zoidberg from Futurama. So, back to the drawing board on that!
Reckless Abandon Sketch Color
ImageRemember this? This is the color version of the B&W sketch (character design) of Reckless Abandon presented previously. To remind you, she’s a vampire character that may be featured in a forthcoming story. She’s not quite finalized, yet, but we’re getting there. What do you think of her look so far?
